Privacy

What we collect. When you join the waiting list: your email address and, if you fill it in, your postcode. Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Why. We use your email address to send you waiting-list updates and to tell you when nothing less launches. We use postcodes, grouped by area, to decide which stores to start with. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored. Your details are kept in Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which may process them in the EU and the US under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses, to run the service. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else. We keep them until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to hi at usenothingless dot com. We reply within 30 days. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Responsible for all of this: Met Marijn B.V., Ooij, the Netherlands.
